Self- Love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.
Society may have taught us to find the best teachers, tools and resources to learn how to have a better relationship with self. While that may be true, it takes much more soul digging and introspection than you may realize.
Many times, we are not in a place of acceptance of what is going on and happening with us. The triggers, unconscious narrative, thoughts, and feelings are so embedded within us, we come to think that this is just "who we are" and "how we are supposed to be".
An easy way to determine if change is needed on your end... just look at your life, the opportunities and relationships you are involved in. Do they reflect the lifestyle and relationships you desire? If yes, then Great! Continue pursuing and living the life of your desire.
